The following diagrams compares the dissimilarity between 250 haplotypes generated from a common 37-marker "seed" haplotype. Dark red indicates exact similarity (dissimilarity=0.0), with increasing dissimilarity shading through orange, tans, and greens. "White values" indicate comparisons that exceed a 37 marker acceptance criteria (roughly 10% dissimilarity. Comparisons resulting in a dissimilarity of l ess than the acceptance criteria would be considered to have a common ancestor. Those exceeding the acceptance criteria, would not be considered to have a common ancestor.
