St. Peters Church and cemetery are in Addison Township at the corner where the townships of Addison, Barton and Wayne all meet. Beaver Dam Road is the dividing line between Addison Township to the south and Wayne Township to the north, and the church and cemetery are located on the corner of Beaver Dam Road and Town Line Road, which is the northeast corner of the Town of Addison. Barton Township lies just to the east, across Town Line Road. Because the road jogs to the south of the church, the church and cemetery are located on the northwest corner of the intersection.
