Lucille K. Richards, 82, of Toomey Abbott Towers died Sunday at Van Duyn Home and Hospital after a long illness. A native of Watertown, Mrs. Richards lived most of her life in Syracuse. She owned Richards Lettering and Embroidery of Syracuse. She was the widow of John "Jack" Richards. Surviving are a son, Richard E. Brown of Syracuse; a brother, Everett Edick of Bridgeport; five grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter: and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 1p.m. Friday in Fairview Cemetery, Rodman, the Rev. William Palmer officiating. There will be no calling hours. Contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Association. Carpenter-Stoodley Funeral Home, Belleville, has charge of arrangements.
