In claim No. 670084 of Alice and Chas. Varner heirs/Jacob Varner of Co. I/B/I of the 27/13/16/1 Regt. of Ind. Vols./" Cav./" Inf./US Vet, Personally appeared before the undersigned duly authorized to administer oaths within and for said County, Eunice Varner aged 86 years, whose P.O. is Terre Haute, County of Vigo, State of Indiana, who being duly sworn states in relation to said claim as follows to wit:
