Few families have what is yours in this Rohrbach Family History Book. Granted, there will be some mistakes and unintentional omissions. Several of us have given unselfishly of our time without monetary remuneration. More than this, a smaller number have paid out of their own cash for family history business just to keep the project going. It is with much dedication and with a sense of the fulfillment of a need that we launched into, attacked and completed the gargantuan task of making the Rohrbach Family History available to about 300 families of the lineage. The Rohrbach Project has indeed been a most intriguing, fascinating and challenging undertaking. We did it for our children -- the future generations. Our goal was to put together and leave as nearly as possible an accurate record of the Rohrbachs from Rüeggisberg, Canton Bern, Switzerland who came to and settled in Moniteau County, Missouri.
