Entries written in more than one hand, and judging by the content, must have been used by both Amelia (Millar) HENDERSON, her daughter-in-law Helen Sinton (WIGHT) HENDERSON and in turn Helen's dtr-in-law Agnes (DAVIDSON) HENDERSON. Flyleaf has very faint writing, hard to read against the purple background but scanning the page brought up the following inscription "To Emilia Henderson, with love from her cousin(s?), Nov 19th 1889" Book was published Edinburgh 1889, "Birthday Chimes: Selections from the Poems, Songs and Ballads of Robert BURNS".
