This is to Certify that the Bearer Palmer Williamson, has served an apprenticeship of Five years as a Fitter. The first two years were spent with Engineering Firms in Perth and Fremantle where he gained a good general knowledge of machine work. He has completed the last three years of his time here and has availed himself of the opportunity of acquiring a food general knowledge of Saw Mill locomotive and general engineering work. He is leaving in the hope of gaining further experience and I wish him every success for the future.
