Vagrancy Two females, one with an infant in arms, of the respective names of Mary Ann Williams and Mary Ann Dutton were charged by a person named Michael Clarke with being idle and disorderly characters, and with creating such disturbances near his residence in Great Myers-street, as to be considered an intolerable nuisance to all neighbourhood, particularly on Sunday night last, 18th December, when they were found brawling in the streen quarrelling with some companions of the othe sex. Dutton stated that the other female lived with her as a nurse-girl. The on Sunday evening her husband, after having fiven her £3 in notes, tried to get the money back from her for the pupose of spending it in drink, which she resisiting caused the brawl in the street now complained of. They were beoth reprimanded by the Mayor, and discharged.
