Shirley Ann Gray, 62, went to her eternal home on July 11, 2002, at Kootenai Medical Center, from complications of a life long illness. Funeral services will be held at 11 am July 16, 2002, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Pinehurst. Burial will follow at Coeur d'Alene Memorial Gardens, Coeur d'Alene. Viewing will be helf from 10 am to 5 pm on Monday July 15, at English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d'Alene. Shirley was born on May 22, 1940, in Endicott, Wash., the daughter of Leford and Catherine Roth. She was the oldest of three sisters. Shirley graduated from Kellogg High School in 1959. Shirley married her first husband, Ernie Abey in 1959 and had four children in that marriage. In August 1979, Shirley married Eugene Gray. They have made their home in the Page area since that time. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, traveling, and visiting with people. Shirley is survived by her husband... She is preceeded in death by her parents and an infant daughter Caroline. English Funeral Chapel of Coeur d'Alene is in charge of the arrangements.
