ABBR Kendig, BrendaTEXT *I was born in Ohio (Aug 12, 1972). My parents are both from Ohio. My dad was military and we were stationed over here when I was a kid (1979-1982), then moved back to the states. In 1996 I met a nice guy in an AOL chat room, we started talking and by 1997 we were married. So it will be 10 years this year in March. My husband Matthias is German. I have lived here since 1998. My mom's brother who was also born in Ohio, has been here since the 60s. He lives in Berlin which is a 3 hour drive away. If I get homesick I go visit him and his wife.
