Enter the title of the page you want to go to or create. The title of the page is the namespace (or type) of the page; e.g., Person, Family, Place, Source, followed by a colon(:), followed by the name of the page. Articles don't have a namespace, so an article's title is simply the name of the article. If you do not know the full title of a page you want to go to, enter as much of the title as you know and click "Go to page". A list of pages starting with the title you entered will be displayed.

Titles for person pages are Person:, the given name and the surname of the individual, and an ID number in parentheses (to distinguish among people with the same name). If you are creating a person page, omit the ID number and the system will generate one automatically. For example, to create a person page for John F. Kennedy, you would enter Person:John Kennedy and click the "Add new page" button.

Titles for family pages are Family:, the given name and surname of the husband, the word and, the given name and maiden name of the wife, and an ID number in parentheses. As with person pages, omit the ID number when creating a family page. For example, to create a family page for John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Lee Bouvier, you would enter Family:John Kennedy and Jacqueline Bouvier and click the "Add new page" button.
