In het jaar Een duizend acht honderd en zeven en zeventig, den dertienden dag der maand April, is voor ons ondergeteekende AMBTENAAR van den Burgerlijken Stand der Gemeente Ferwerderadeel, Provincie Friesland, gecompareerd: Gerrit Sijtses Swart, oud zevenentwintig jaren, arbeider, wonende te Ferwerd.

Welke ons verklaarde, dat op den twaalfden April dezes jaars, des middags ten twaalf ure te Ferwerd een kind van het mannelijk geslacht is geboren uit Dirkje Johannes de Vries, zijne echtgenoote, zonder beroep, bij hem inwonende, aan welk kind hij verklaarde den voornaam te geven van Johannes.

Bovenstaande verklaring is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Jan Kornelis Fennema, oud vijfentwintig jaren, arbeider, wonende te Ferwerd, en Klaas Jans Feenstra, oud drieënzestig jaren, secretarieklerk, wonende te Ferwerd.

Waarvan wij deze acte hebben opgemaakt, welke, nadat dezelve was voorgelezen, door ons, den aangever en de getuijgen is onderteekend.

No. 107

In the year 1877, 13th day of the month April, have appeared before us, undersigned, Official of the Burgerlijke Stand of the Gemeente Ferwerderadeel, Province Friesland, Gerrit Sijtses Swart, 27 years old, laborer, living in Ferwerd.

Who stated that, on the 12th of April in the year above, at 12:00 p.m. in Ferwerd a child has been born of male gender to Dirkje Johannes de Vries, his wife, without occupation, living with him, he declared the child to be given the name Johannes.

The above statement is made in the presence of Jan Kornelis Fennema, 25 years old, laborer, living in Ferwerd, and Klaas Jans Feenstra, 63 years old, secretary clerk, living in Ferwerd.

This certificate has been drawn up, which, after having been read by us, the declarants and witnesses signed.
