Paul & Violet (Reynolds) Ashton and E. Gladys (Savidge) & Edward Reynolds at the Lincoln Memorial, summer of 1957.

When Paul & Violet (Reynolds) Ashton took vacations, they frequently asked Violet's parents to join them. Their son, Charles "Chuck," liked to have his grandparents along and it was mutual. This trip to Washington, D.C. took place the summer of 1957.
