Transcription: 12 Dec 1743, p4 - To be Sold, a choice Tract of Land lying in Prince-George County, within 5 Miles of Cabbin-Point Warehouse, and within 4 of a convenient Landing, containing near 1100 Acres, well Wooded and Water'd, it has 3 Plantations thereon, 6 good Tobacco-Houses, Negroe Quarters sufficient, and is in very good Cropping Order: Also another Tract, lying in the aforesaid County on James-River Side, containing 230 Acres; has on it a Dwelling House 44 by 28, 4 Rooms and 2 Closets on the lower Floor, and 3 Rooms above, a Brick Chimneys, and 5 Dorments; another Dwelling-House 28 by 16, with a Brick Chimney, a Kitchin 24 by 16, with a Brick Chimney; 2 Store-Houses, with other convenient Houses, such as a Dairy, Meat-house, Stable, Etc. Neither of the Houses are more than 7 Years old. "Tis an excellent Situation for a Merchant, and may be purchas'd either with or without the above.
