When asked once why he moved from NYC, NY to Virginia, Frank replied hat he "liked to eat," referring to better employment prospects there for an up-and-coming CPA. Coincidentally, his wife Agnes Drake's family lived in VA for generations. Opportunity drove them finally to relocate to White Sands Missile Base in the 1950's, where Frank was Comptroller.
