El Pbro. José Cruz Camacho, Párroco de esta Parroquia de la Purisima Concepción, de esta Ciudad y Arzobispado de Monterrey, CERTIFICA QUE: En el libro de Bautismos No. 9 Folio No. 93 y acta número 964, s e encuentra una partida que a la letra dice:

AL MARGEN: Acta número 964. RUFINA. AL CENTRO: En la Parroquia de la Purísima a treinta de enero de mil novecientos quince, yo el Pbro. Rafael R. Mundo bautizé según el rito de la Sta. Iglesia á RUFINA nacida el dieciocho de noviembre de año de mil novecientos catorce en esta, hija de unión civil de Abraham Ramíres y Ma. Juana Silva. Abuelos paternos: Juan Ramíres y Rufina Danúl. Abuelos maternos: Encarnación Silva y Juana Herrera. Fueron padrinos: Inocencio Garcia y Rufina Samarrón á quienes advertí su obligación y parentesco. Para constancia firmo. Rafael R. Mundo (Rúbrica).

Es copia fiel y exacta tomada de su original a petición del interesado y para los fines que más convengan.
