PURE FOOD PROSECUTION AT WERNERSVILLE

Constable Wagner visited Wernersville and arrested Henry Shappel, proprietor or a general store at the place, and his clerk, Abraham Schannauerly, on warrants issued by Alderman Fegely, on the charge of violating the pure food laws as preferred by Robert M. Simmers, of Phoenixville, who is acting for the State Department of Agriculture. (Continues)
