Celebrates Birthday

In celebration of the seventy-fifth birthday anniversary of A. R. Schannauer, local merchant, a group of friends arranged a picnic at Hopewell Park. Those in the party included: Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Schannauer, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Beard, of Reading; Mr. and Mrs. Donald W. Greth, and daughter Darlene, of State Hill; Mrs. Rachel Zeller, Mr. and Mrs. George D. Oxenreider, Mr. and Mrs. Aaron H. Koch, Mr. and Mrs. Levi H. Koch, Mr. and Mrs Alvin Harting, and son Howard, and daughter Mary; Mrs Carl Himmelberger, George Koch, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Koch, LeRoy Koch, Robert Koch, Rachel Koch, Helen Koch, Donald Koch, of Wernersville; Kathryn Heffner, of Robesonia; Mr. and Mrs. Jacob H. Zeller, of West Reading; Mr. and Mrs. John A. Zeller, and daughter Evelyn, of Gouglersville, and Mr. and Mrs. Ted Schearer, of Reading.
