Looks to be a wedding. Lew Ahner Jr was married in 1943. That was during WWII and they may not have had time for anything fancy. Charlotte was 37 in 1943, she looks older than that in the picture. A more likely possibility is Mick's wedding. He was married in 1956. The apparent ages track better to then. It is not Bill's wedding as there are pictures that are clearly from that event and Charlotte is wearing a different dress.
