Only parish registers as far as I'm aware, however, Bethnal Green is east London while Harmondsworth is west of London. Not impossible to be the same family but I'd be cautious about linking the two.

The incumbent or parish clerk or whoever made up the registers would might put "infant of" or "child of" and/or the parents names but it didn't always happen.

I found this couple in 1841 and it shows both were born in Sussex which is on the south coast of England, some distance from Middlesex.

They are a good fit for your couple, even allowing for the ages to have been rounded down in 1841 but may not be yours. The rules for admission to an almhouse are quite specific and usually required the applicant to be poor, local and of good standing.

This is your man which makes the Sussex couple even less likely. However, if you get the death certificate, you may get some indication of Thomas's age and also who the informant was and where he died.

There are quite big distances between each of the areas but given Thomas was an ag lab, it IS possible he was working in the Harmondsworth area, then returned home at a later date whilst Ann stayed.

If Ann was a law abiding citizen, then it's unlikely :))

Sorry not to be able to give you definite answers but it isn't possible.

It could be worth checking the PRs for Waldron in Sussex. If you have an LDS Family History Centre near you, you can hire the film from them for a few dollars.

You haven't given your sources but if you've been using FamilySearch, it isn't complete so there may be entries in the PRs which aren't on there or they've been accredited to the wrong parish as has happened elsewhere.

Interestingly, there was quite a number of CALEYs on the Isle of Man which suggests it might be a Manx name.
