Renamed from Family:Ebenezer Leland and Deborah Fairbanks (1) because will of Jonathan Fairbanks in 1708 Suffolk Vol. 17, p. 390 names daughter Deborah. While it does not give her married name, if any, it does not indicate that she is deceased nor refer to her heirs. Since the wife of Ebenezer Leland had died some 17 years before this, it seems to indicate Deborah Fairbanks was not his wife. No marriage is indicated for Deborah Fairbanks in Genealogy of the Fairbanks Family, and recent queries in various magazines indicate the maiden name of Ebenezer Leland's wife is still considered unknown. --Jrich 22:35, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
