  4. ↑ "Mrs. Ettie L. Stolter was granted a divorce from Welliam [sic] H.Stotler by Judge Gill this morning. The court found upon the evidenceadduced that the defendant had been guilty of gross neglect of dutytoward the plaintiff in that he had failed and neglected to choose,supply or furnish her with any reasonalbe place or mode of living thoughwell able to do so, and had failed also to support her and had abandedher without cause. Mrs. Stolter's maidenname Ettie L. Krumm was restoredand she was allowed from the defendant the amount of costs of theproceedings, amounting to $42."
