The date you have for the marriage between James Ewing and Jane Brannon of 30 Mar 1815 is actually the date that the marriage license was issued.

Sir; Have hit the wall on the James Ewing b.12/91793 d, 3/31/1881 of Cecil County, who married Jane Brannon b.12/13/1790 d. ?. of Harford County. My 2nd great-grandparents were married in Harford County on 3/30/1815. Jane Brannon's parents were William & Sarah ?. No information on Sarah's parents or where she/they lived. Any information on James & Sarah would be very helpful. Thank you
