There was no date given in this Quaker record. It records "Martha W. Jackson, born 17 of 12m, 1836, dau of Jacob and Abigail Willets, married Townsend Jackson." So were they giving Martha's married last name or had she been previously married to a Jackson?? A record giving a date would probably more sure of her last name. Hmm. . I notice several other records on same page records the marriage with the married name of the bride.
