Lancaster Co., VA, Vol 9, pg. 382. March 12, 1711 deed. Thomas Taylor and wife Elizabeth and Henry Towles and wife Hannah to William Ball, a certain tract of land patented to John Woodington, sold to W. Vaughn and by said Wm. Vaughn to Dominick Therriat and then descended to William son and heir of aforesaid Dominick and then descended to Elizabeth Taylor and Hannah Towles., ye daughters of ye said Wm. Therriat and then deceases. Witnesses, Joseph Taylor and John Healey. Lancaster Co., Book X, page 265, 17 Feb. 1717. Will of Thomas Taylor. 1.   Chances are the marriage date was the 10th month, which some have interpreted as Oct, but would have been Dec in 1667. However, it is also possible that the marriage was actually Oct and someone overthought it and changed it to Dec. I am in the process of cleaning up other Taylor records and have not made an attempt to verify this marriage date.
