The first two are clearly listed in Lancaster VRs (Deborah d. young, and one would guess Martha probably too) but Hannah's birth is not found there, and since Cutter does not mention her in connection with Thomas' will, it is not clear what evidence he has to suggest there is a daughter named Hannah? If so, one would guess she fits between Deborah and Nathaniel.]
