Jacobus[1] gives this couple a possible daughter, the Hannah Mitchell who married, first, Robert Coe and, second, Nicholas Elsey indicating that this Hannah is also give as a daughter of Matthew Mitchell of Stamford stating that no proof was found either way. However, in the Great Migration sketch of Matthew Mitchell, Anderson indicates that Hannah, daughter of Matthew Mitchell of Stamford, married Coe and Elsey. His conclusion was based on an entry in the Winthrop Medical Journal.[2]
