    Given the date of death of Mary's first husband (20 or 25 October 1684, Chelmsford), and the date of his inventory (3 November 1684), it is likely that this marriage occurred in 1685 rather than 1684. That would not be inconsistent with the birth of son Eleazer either on 26 January 1685/86 (just a bit early) or 26 January 1686/87).
