Russell and Pearl had two daughters.

Russell's obituary reads, "RUSSELL D. VOIROL. Russell D. (Bud) Voirol, 66, of 945 E. Wayne St., died at 7 p.m. yesterday in the St. Joseph's Hospital, where he had been a patient one day. Born in Monroeville, he was a retired Kroger Co. employe. He was a member of St. Mary's Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Robert C. Smith, Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Robert Graham, Syracuse; two brothers, Lloyd R., Fort Wayne, and John, Monroeville; and two sisters, Mrs. Emma Marquardt, Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Virgil Youse, Indianapolis. The body is at the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home." [Fort Wayne Journal Gazette, Friday 3 January 1964, pg. 2A]

Russell's funeral announcement reads, "VOIROL, Russell D.--Services at 10 a.m. Monday in the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home, Rev. Ralph Larson officiating. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Monroeville.
