6 Sep 1727: Petition of Mary Whittemore Relict Widow of Thomas Whittemore: that petitioner gave bond to pay remainder of estate to Thomas Whittemore grandchild of s'd deceased and only heir at Law, though she paid more than that in support of him for four years, but now by infirmity is dependent on her relations and requests be allowed to keep the amount.
12 Sep 1727: Upon hearing, with consent of Guardian and his mother (now Dorothy Jenison) allow her a sum not exceeding £10.
