A committee having set off 40 of the acres to "the Heirs of our Brother Benjamin Wilson", "Nathaniel Wilson Joseph Wilson of New Town ... Thomas Oliver of Cambridge and Mary his wife Edward Jackson and Abigail his wife of New Town ... Shuball Sever and Hannah his wife of Roxbury ... Thomas Gill and Susan his wife of the Town of Hingham" quitclaim all interest in the remaining 110 acres to "our Brothers Isaac Wilson & Samuel Wilson of New Town" for &pound:79. Besides those named, signees include Elizabeth Wilson, wife of Nathaniel, and Deliverance Wilson, wife of Joseph.
