- ↑ Secondary sources only seem to identify Nathaniel Pollard's wife as Mary, maiden name unknown. For example, Source:Pollard, Maurice J. History of the Pollard Family of America, p. 128, says "Little is known concerning Nathaniel2 Pollard (Thomas1) and his wife Mary, except that they lived in Billerica." The will of John Walker in 1753 (Middlesex Probate 23586) names daughter Mary Pollard, confirming land given here in a deed of gift. That deed has not been located, and it is not known if it was conveyed to her as Mary Walker, or Mary Pollard, but Nathaniel Pollard signed the assent to proving of the will so clearly she was his wife Mary.
