D. 1897, at the house of Mary J. Cammann in the County and State aforesaid, join in lawful wedlock N. D. Sweitzer of Malheur County, State of Oregon and Mary J. Cammann of Malheur County, State of Oregon with their mutual assent.

    S. V. Hess being duly sworn, says that he is acquainted with Mary J. Cammann and N. D. Sweitzer applicants for a Marriage License: that he knows the former to be above the age of 18 years, and that the said Mary J. Cammann has resided in Malheur County, for the past 6 months. Affiant further says that he knows of no legal impediment to their marriage.
