    Between Lucius J. Parmelee of Springfield aged 21 years, by occupation a Machinist. He was born in W. Suffield Ct. and was the son of Laban & Maria. This will be his First marriage. And Estella M. Wheeler of Springfield aged 17 years. She was born in Chesterfield N. H. and was the daughter of Otis & Melissa. This will her First marriage. A. T. Folsom City Clerk

    [Several entries: [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9]. All appear to be transcriptions from the Hale collection. All give the bride as Estella M. Wheeler. The groom is Lucian Parmelee in 6, and Lucius J. Parmelee in 2. 2 show a date of 5 Sept, 4 showing 6 Sept, and 2 showing 16 Sept, all in 1865. All say Connecticut, though 2 add Hartford. Without access to the original data, it is hard to say what is going on. Presumably the marriage occurred 16 Sep, and the rest are intentions, etc.]
