Joseph Parker "4th" [from one perspective], b 1682 in Andover, Essex, MA, d. 1715 [9 Nov 1715 as documented on Joseph's page], buried in Old N. Parish Burial Ground, N. Andover (findagrave) m. 1712 to Abiga[i]l Mitchell, buried same cemetery (findagrave). His great grandfather, Joseph Parker "1st", b 1587 Newbury, Eng, d. 1657 N. Andover, Essex MA is also buried this same cemetery (findagrave-no gravestone image).

  • His second child Samuel Parker, was b. 1713 in Andover, Essex, MA [as shown on Samuel's page]. In 1751 Samuel married in Salem, Rockingham, NH to Sarah Messer, b. 1726, d 1785 Salem, NH.
Their child, Joseph Parker ([presumably] named after Samuel's four generations of Joseph Parkers), b 1762 Salem, Rockingham, NH, moved first to Rutland VT, and d. 1835 in Plessis, Jefferson Co, NY (findagrave). He m. 1st Judith Watts (by whom children: Asa, Moses, Samuel--named for his g-father--, Jonathan and Polly) and 2nd, Lydia Watts (her sister, after death of Judith, by whom children: Pervilla/Percilla, Sarah, Harvey, Derrinda, and Alpheus). Lydia Watts and her children moved to Plessis, NY with her husband , and she is buried there w/ him at Brookside Cemetery (findagrave). He served in the American Revolution as soldier.
