  5. Marriage must have taken place some time between the death of Ann's first husband, Randulpho Mallory, in 1690, and her being referred to as: "now the wife of Mr. John Mitchell Gentleman to her late husband Mr. Ralph Mallory deceased," in the will of her father, James Cary, written in 1694 - and which also mentions her daughter, Anne Mitchell. And there is an IGI (un-sourced) record of a marriage between 'John Mitchel' and 'Ann Mallory' in Worth, Sussex - dated 26 Aug 1693, which date would fit perfectly with the IGI (sourced) record of the baptism of their eldest child, 'Ann Mitchell' on 15 June, 1694 at Saint Mary The Virgin Aldermanbury, London.
