'Jacob Meyer, b. c1678. He came to Pennsylvania before 1722. He died at Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County in 1747. His will was written on 5 Sep 1747 and proved 5 Sep 1747. He named his wife Barbara in his will. According to his will his son Isaac died before Jun 1747 leaving a widow named Anna Barbara who married secondly, John Martin. ... He had land at Providence Township in 1722 when Ulrich Meyer bought land next to him.'
