- ↑ It is believed the "Children in Law" mentioned in Isaac's will are from earlier marriages. The three children named John, James and Ann "Baiton" appear to be children of Samuel and Ann (---) Beighton of Boston, and one might suspect his widow to be Ann Beighton. She filed an account for her previous husband 5 May 1694 as Ann Beighton. An agreement of Isaac's heirs dividing the estate, including delineating the widow's thirds, executed 7 Mar 1719/20, is Suffolk Probate Vol. 21, p. 671, and is signed by John Beighton as attorney for widow Ann Jones.
