Elhanan Lyon and Mary Rodman was Maried Febuary the 19th 1711/12.
Following Source:Lyons, A. B. Lyon Memorial : Massachusetts Families, p. 332, this is assumed to be the first marriage of Person:Elhanan Lyon (2), but it seems very uncertain. Elhanan married Sep 1713 Meredith Wyatt, so if this was his first marriage 17 months earlier, Mary must have died very soon. No death record is found, nor any other record of this couple except the marriage record. Additionally, she hasn't been identified by Lyons either. Is she Mary Redman, d/o Charles Redman and Martha Hill, b. Milton in 1689? Charles Redman d. intestate 1725 and the probate file does not identify heirs (Suffolk 5107). Elhanan's uncle of the same name had died by this date, so it can't be him, but no evidence has been presented that gives a marriage for, or rules out, his son, a cousin of Lyons' candidate, and of about the same age.
