I did find them in the 1930 census, Ruth and Delmer are living at Goshen, IN along with two daughters, Ilene age 5, and Betty age 7.

Jeanette Wells says that Ilene married a Ray Michaels

Delmer is a foreman at a plating factory

They report that when they were married the bride was 19 and the groom was 21
