Children
David was born in 1843 to David and Mary Greenwood in Stirling Scotland. At 14 he left School to work in a Tannery where at age 18 he became an apprentice Currier At the Tannery where he worked all his life becoming a Journeyman Currier, and finally Currierman Foreman (Currier= a person who curries or dresses tanned leather). He met and married Janet Dempster on February 03, 1865. They had four children together, Janet, David, James and Robert at their home in 72 Clyde Street Carlton Glasgow Lanarkshire, Scotland. Then in 1881 Janet became sick and after four months in bed died in November of that year with as the Doctor a the time said Paralysis of the insides. David met and married Margaret MacLeod in October 22, 1884 David and Margaret had three more children together Mary, Annie and Angus Image Gallery
