↑ That the child b. 1695 belongs to Elizabeth nee Aspinwall, instead of Daniel's first wife Elizabeth nee Brackett, appears to be based on an assumption, namely, that the death of Elizabeth Draper in 1692, applies to the first wife, not to the daughter Elizabeth born 3 days earlier (the latter case being preferred by Source:Draper, Thomas Waln-Morgan. Drapers in America). All we can prove conclusively is that Daniel and Elizabeth nee Aspinwall were married by 1701 based on a deed quitclaiming rights to the estate of Peter Aspinwall (Suffolk deed Vol. 31, folio 99, reverse side).
