Mary's obituary reads, "LOMONT. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Eugene Lomont, 66, who died late Wednesday night at the home of a sister-in-law, Mrs. Rose Burns, three and one-half miles east of New Haven on U.S. highway No. 30, will be held Saturday morning at 8:30 o'clock at the Burns residence, and 9 o'clock at St. Louis Catholic Church at Besancon, of which she was a member, Rev. Joseph Hession officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be taken home at noon today from the Ternet & Schlib funeral home in New Haven. Survivors include the husband, Charles; a daughter, Mrs. Frances Emenhiser of Monroeville; two grandchildren; and a brother, Frank Voirol of New Haven." They are both buried in the Besancon Cemetery at St. Louis Catholic Church in New Haven, Indiana.
