  2.   Source:Bolton, Ethel Stanwood. Some Descendants of John Moore of Sudbury, Mass, p. 57:302, adds Benjamin, "perhaps a son" m. 1728 Zerviah Moore. The Sudbury VRsS1 show a record "More, Zebiah and Benjamin Stow, June 4, 1728. [Benjamin How, M.R.]", which appears to be the source that might have prompted this comment. However, it is not at all clear that Moore is the correct interpretation of Benjamin's surname. No births are recorded in the Moore section of Sudbury VRs that would match this marriage, but several children are recorded to a Benjamin and Zebiah/Sebiah/Zibiah Stow over the period 1729-1741, on p. 140. In the list of deeds given by Bolton where the father Benjamin Moore devises his lands amongst his son, there is no mention of a son Benjamin. Nor is there an obvious place for Benjamin's birth to fit amongst the other siblings, assuming he is older than his wife who was b. 1704 (and who would have been the daughter of one of his cousins).
