Betty married David Curry Lewis 1865-1934 - he's buried in the Lewis Family Cemetery on private property near Buckholts, Milam County, Texas - her family stayed in Milam County, Texas. Bettie & David Lewis' daughter Lettie V. Powell (1900-1974 buried in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Cameron, Milam County, Texas). If Gus and Sarah Bankston married in 1877 in Grimes County, Texas. Betty would be 7 years old when they married and in the 1880 census Gus is widowed/divorced and they are in Milam County, Texas.
