- ↑ In 1679 in the articles of agreement dividing the estate of John and Elizabeth Frary (Vol. 12, p. 388) Joseph Dyer's wife Hannah (Frary) and Henry Adams' wife Prudence (Frary) share two parcels in common, one 12 acres in Boggastown plain, and the second being 88 acres in the new grant. In 1746 (Suffolk deed Vol. 73, p. 95 reverse) Joseph Morse, who married Prudence Adams, daughter of Henry Adams and Prudence (Frary), sells half the 88 acre parcel, once owned "between Prudence Adams and Elizabeth Lovell and being now divided", to his son Henry Morse. Joseph Dyer had left these lands to "my eldest daughter Elizebeth the daughter as I had by my first wife" in his will (Suffolk Probate 2906).
