    "96. Abel5 Seymour (Stephen4, Ebenezer3, Richard2, Richard1), … married second, at Plymouth, 15 Dec. 1794, Eunice Doolittle, who died 2 June 1813 aged 68."

  2. The identification of this Eunice Doolittle as the second wife of Abel Seymour is based on (1) her reported age of death being consistent with the date of birth of Eunice, daughter of Zadoc and Rhoda (Johnson) Doolittle and (2) the fact that she is the only Eunice Doolittle appearing in the published Connecticut vital and/or church records of an age to be his wife, who is not otherwise accounted for by either marriage or death. However, this identification is not proven. There is no genealogical impact since there were no known children (Eunice was æ. 48 at the time of the marriage).
