OK, I see that there are lots of pages already in this category, but I think it's a BAD name for a category in a MediaWiki structure. "OTHER" than what? It would probably be OK if it always stood at the end of a list of types of records, but it will often stand on its own and mean all things to all men (so to speak). As soon as another category of records is created, there will be overlap and inconsistency until someone changes all of the pages that fit into the new category and no longer belong in "Other". How about encouraging people (with a big bold note on Category:Other records) to find a more specific category if at all possible, and to choose Category:Miscellaneous records if not possible? A page can be not too uncomfortable in both a "miscellaneous" category and a specific one, but if it's in a category called "other" it can't logically be in a specific one.
