Is there a way to prevent two pages from being created when a user double-clicks on the "Rename Page" button on the rename page? This is the edit log of what happens when that button is double-clicked:
- (Rename log); 13:09 . . JBS66 (Talk | contribs | block) (Family:Tenie Giles and Frances Wiggins Giles Flowers (1) renamed to Family:Tenie Giles and Frances Wiggins (2): First and last (maiden) names only in titles)
- (Rename log); 13:09 . . JBS66 (Talk | contribs | block) (Family:Tenie Giles and Frances Wiggins Giles Flowers (1) renamed to Family:Tenie Giles and Frances Wiggins (1): First and last (maiden) names only in titles)

- accidentally double clicking on the various Add Page buttons can cause similar unintentional duplicates. --Jrich 14:42, 19 December 2011 (EST)
