Document Images [5 August 2008]

Hi, I am an admin for WeRelate. I will be monitoring the Image licensing. I noticed that you had some questions on your images. Generally, if a document is more than 120 years old, it is public domain. Images of public domain documents are not themselves subject to any additional copyright restriction.
